Food and wine experiences in Sicily
Support the Open Sicily Cultural Association by participating in our daily events.
Experience Authentic Sicily with our food and wine tour in Randazzo, just a stone's throw from the renowned Taormina.
Our goal is to preserve the Sicilian nature of our countries, showing cultural and food and wine traditions, history, art and the environment.
In the proposed experience lasting about 4/5 hours, we will go to the discovery of Sicilian food and wine and tradition.

How the event will take place:
The experience includes the meeting point in Randazzo, if the guest pick-up in a vintage car is not required.
From the meeting point we will reach the shepherd in a rural area of the town. He will be the one to make us taste the hot ricotta and the Nebrodi provola DOP. With the possibility of milking cows.
Then we will proceed with lunch which will take place in a typical restaurant. The menu includes a small appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert. The whole menu will feature typical Sicilian dishes (drinks are excluded). On request there will be the possibility to have lunch in the home restaurant, for a maximum of 5 people.
